Singapore Airlines has round-trip flights from Newark/New York (EWR) to Manila (MNL) for $1035-$1062 with a connection. Cabin is Premium Economy on the long-haul segments of the trip and regular economy on the short-segments. Flights October to March. No Weekends. Departures on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Avoid booking the fare on Crystal Travel’s website. Those seem to only have Premium Economy on one of the segments instead of two.
